Movement Church Philly Organizes 2nd Annual Royal Generation Community Baby Shower
For the second time, the Movement Church is organizing their second annual Royal Generation Community Baby Shower at the Clara Muhammad Square in Philadelphia.
Movement Church Philly is a visionary church creating a radical movement that is actively encouraging people to establish personal relationships with Christ and also empowering people to make their mark in the world. Besides having that as a vision, the Movement Church is one that cares about offering a hand of help to those in any form of need.
The second annual Royal Generation Community Baby Shower took place on the 26th of June, 2021 from 12pm to 3pm. For this event, the Movement Church Philly partnered with Beauty Over Ashes Philly to present their second annual Royal Generation Community Baby Shower at the historic Clara Muhammad Square.
The Royal Generation Community Baby Shower was held on behalf and in honor of pregnant moms as well as moms who were as long as six months postpartum. The expecting mothers and new moms were supported with gift bags loaded with the most relevant items every expecting or new mom would need. Some of the items found in the gift bags included very important baby supplies such as; bibs, wipes, diapers and other wonderful goodies which the expecting and new moms very much appreciated.
The attendees also got gift bags with self-care items for the new moms and spa items to help them relax like; beautiful soaps, shower steamers and scrubs. While these were in the regular gift bags, there were also big ticket gift bags containing more pricey items like: cribs, car seats, strollers, eating chairs, play mats, gift cards to target and many other amazing gifts.
This Royal Generation Community Baby Shower was supported by several other organizations including the Oshun Family Center, State Representative Amen Brown, The Department of Human Services and Cocolife.black. Guests had wonderful remarks of the event by the end of the day and look forward to next year’s event. To crown it all, DJ MegaSkills and renowned host Tei Pearson of www.thetpx.com brought the event to life. For the 2nd year, Cocolife.black was a proud supporter as they continue to cultivate a Coco Community serving moms Bump & Beyond. Guests had wonderful remarks as this was a beautiful celebration of the new and expecting moms and also a great welcome for the new babies into the world.
