Launched by pharmacist Tuck Muswizu, Clynxx began as an electronic private prescription service, allowing prescribers to create fully regulated and compliant private electronic prescriptions that were valid both in the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Since then, the forward-thinking brand partnered with several major pharmacy stakeholders in the UK, allowing their electronic private prescriptions to be accepted in the likes of Tesco, Well and Lloyds pharmacies. These new developments have been designed to allow prescribers full access to digital health records or patients and the ability to offer electronic private prescriptions with ease. The FreeRx® software enables patients and pharmacies to quickly and efficiently retrieve electronically signed private prescriptions, removing the need for paper while maximising privacy and confidentiality.

Not only will users be able to issue electronic private prescriptions, but they can now also enjoy automatic scheduling of appointments. This unique feature will let patients book appointments online, with each session automatically being added to the clinics calendar, preventing any risk of double booking. This online booking session is also available 24/7, ensuring patients are able to book their appointment at any time, meaning doctors are no longer limited to only booking patients during opening hours.

The recent pandemic has seen doctors and patients having to engage and interact virtually, and the new Clynxx all-in-one solution will be providing integrated and secure video conferencing technology. This technology will allow doctors to offer remote appointments, ensuring maximum convenience and helping to increase patient satisfaction. All integrated video and telephone appointments organised through Clynxx will also be automatically transcribed, allowing doctors to keep exact digital health records of every meeting for future reference.

Clynxx is focused on helping to maximise efficiency for doctors and prescribers, which is why users will now be able to create custom invoices with ease directly through the platform, with users receiving payouts directly to their bank within five days. The new update will also allow for doctors to order blood and diagnostic tests nationwide, selecting an option from options of self-test kits, partner clinics, or nursing home visits. Each test is then processed at a CQC-registered lab, ensuring the fastest and most efficient process possible.
