A story of changed lives and healed hearts by Margaret Tutor

COUNCE, Tenn. – December 8, 2020 – In this historical novel, “Just Passing Through,” by author Margaret Tutor, she talks about unlikely friendships, healing, and changing lives.

Tutor tells a story of an incredible friendship between the Ward family and the Cartwrights. From the Ward family traveling from cotton field to cotton field and ultimately becoming sharecroppers in Dover, Ark., to the Cartwrights of ‘Cajun’ descent with Mr. Cartwright’s cruel-hearted persona, the whole story will leave you enthralled and captivated. Readers will definitely enjoy the Southern flavor sprinkled all throughout the book — from sassy sayings to subtle humor. The ending will surely leave readers teary-eyed as well.

Tutor draws a positive affirmation in her novel and created an atmosphere that is loving and welcoming. She writes with full emotion that pulls you in and doesn’t let go.

Tutor penned this 270-page novel creating a tale of two families, the Wards and the Cartwrights, with clear expectations and reasonable consequences. In the end, the two families unite gradually treating each other like valued members of the family.

“Just Passing Through” is a heart-warming book that has the power to change the way we see the world despite the obstacles and social differences we all have.
